Our very own U3A member, Hilary Semmens, has now published her first crime novel. Called 'A Piece of Flotsam', it's on sale now at Ottakars book shop in the Sovereign Centre for £6.99. Not only has Hilary dedicated it to Weston U3A but the striking cover photograph was taken by our very own Graham (Hitchcock) Max. Anyone read it yet? When I looked for it in Ottakars all copies were hidden away on a bottom shelf but I soon rectified that by slyly propping it up in front of David Beckham's biography! Peter
