Scanning multipage; AVG use with single files

A poor offering, but in reply to Peter's query re multipage scanning, the cheapest option I could locate which allows this is "Scanout 1.5", available at

Costs $22. Googling on "scan multipage", or the like, produces lots of hits, but I haven't got time to research further.

Re use of AVG, I don't think the free edition allows selection of files to be scanned individually. I'd guess that the paid version does, since all the other AV products I've tried allow this. I use Trend Micro Internet Security, and this certainly allows scanning of any single file or folder.
