Here we are again!

For the last few weeks I have been unable to post any blogs (hooray I hear you all say). For reasons I could not explain all my blog addresses had disappeared from both my profile and from my Dashboard. This meant that I could not access any of them for postings and editing.

I referred this to Blogger and they directed me to several on line help sites, none of which helped me. One or two blogging friends also offered advice, but that did not help either.

However, finally I am back in circulation. When I first signed on to my original blog, there was some difficulty in getting an acceptable password, the first couple I chose being rejected. Eventually I settled on one that worked and on the occasions that a password was called for I was logged in successfully. However it appears that apart from the password I have been using one of my original ones was still on record. Blogger led me to a site where my passwords were stored. When I tried the alternative one I found there, everything opened up as it should. The proof of the pudding will be whether or not this gets published. I am telling you all about it in case any of you find yourselves faced with a similar problem.

All is now well, except that Picasa and Hello are not yet allowing me to log on to the blog I want, so I can't post pictures. I am working on that!

Before posting this I ran it through Blogger's spellcheck. Do you agree with me that it is odd that it does not recognise blog, blogging or Blogger? Maybe Graham is right after all, and we should having nothing to do with these revolting words!
